Key Responsibilities :

• Lead preconstruction efforts on projects, including conceptual and detailed estimating, scheduling, constructability analysis, value management, BIM, procurement, and transition to the construction team .
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain and develop strong subcontractor relationships and stay informed on regional and national market trends .
• Actively participate in industry organizations and support business development efforts.
