Overview

Catholic Health Home Care is looking for passionate, dedicated LPNs to provide comprehensive care to patients at home.

Team 1 Covers : Bayville, Bethpage, Brookville, East Norwich, Glen Cove, Glen Head, Glenwood Landing, Greenvale, Hicksville, Jericho, Lattingtown, Laurel Hollow, Levittown, Locus Valley, Massapequa, Massapequa Park, Mill Neck, Muttontown, North Massapequa, Old Bethpage, Old Brookville, Oyster Bay, Plainedge, Plainview, Seacliff, Syosset, Upper Brookville, Woodbury.

• 5x 8 hour shifts (8 : 30AM to 4 : 30PM) - Rotating Weekends

Posted Salary Range

USD $33.00 - USD $40.00 / Hr.
