Perform stem cell differentiations on iPSCs to generate beta cells using suspension bioreactors

Sample in-process cells including cell counts, metabolites, and flow cytometry

Thaw and expand iPSCs into sufficient cell supply to support cross-functional teams

Formulate iPSC expansion and differentiation media

Document findings and data in batch records and ELN

Experience in cell culture, aseptic technique,

Strong analytical skills; comfortable with in-process monitoring and data interpretation.

Excellent documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
