Procurement Analyst

As a Procurement Analyst, Indirects, you will play a critical role in streamlining our non-Bill of Material (Indirect Procurement) sourcing data and provide excellent customer service to our Bakeries and internal department. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and communication and Excel skills to manage our SAP ECC and SRM database, Ariba Contracts, Ariba RFX, Ariba Marketplace to resolve issues, collaborate cross-functionally and run RFx's. Responsibilities :

SAP and Ariba Database Administration

• Apply knowledge and direction of SAP and Ariba work processes to manage database and RFX administration, manage Vendor administration and support conflict resolution, Vendor registration, Contracts and other Indirect Procurement support for Services and Capex for the Bakeries to ensure supply.
• Manage a variety of routine and non-routine daily contacts with multiple Vendors, Bakeries, AccountsPayable, IT, Engineering and others as needed to obtain information necessary to support using bakeries for their requirements. This information includes finding sources of supply, prices and timing requirements of availability.

Salary Range : $67,000 - $72,000
