Pay Range: $40 - $45 per hour on w2
This role may require travel to business meetings and events and requires reliable transportation to do so. If a hire chooses to drive with customers as their passengers or for other business reasons, hires must be in possession and maintain a valid driver s license.
Job Summary:
This role encompasses guiding leadership on performance management and values adherence, managing a wide spectrum of employee relations issues, and advising on involuntary terminations and reorganizations. The successful candidate will work remotely, focusing on optimizing internal ER processes, providing quarterly reviews on case trends, and upholding the company's core values through equitable practices. They will collaborate closely with leaders, HRBP, and Legal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and guide leaders on performance management and elevation efforts ensuring adherence to company values.
- Provide counsel on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, behavioral, and conduct concerns.
- Facilitate involuntary terminations, including employee notification, termination processing, and Mutual Separation Agreement drafting.
- Consult on reorganizations leading to role eliminations in tandem with HRBP/Legal.
- Lead projects on ER process optimization/automation and deliver quarterly business reviews on case outcomes and trends.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong foundation in employment law and risk management.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in case management and people data management software, especially G-Suite.
Industry Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years in Employee Relations or a relevant HRBP or legal advisory role specializing in employment matters.
