Location : Beaufort, SC 29902

Assignment Type : Travel RN

Healthcare Setting : Cardiac Cath Lab / Interventional Radiology

Start Date : December 3, 2025

End Date : March 4, 2026

Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Schedule : Day shift, Monday–Friday, 4x9.5-hour shifts (07 : 00–16 : 00)

Call : Rotating evening, night, weekend, and holiday call (every other weekend and two weeknights)

Hours per Week : 40

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2140–$2300

Cath Lab RN Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab RN or Interventional Radiology nursing experience

Active South Carolina RN license required

BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required

Clinical proficiency in IV starts, circulating procedures, telemetry, and conscious sedation administration / monitoring

Hemodynamic monitoring and PACS experience preferred

Experience with Meditech EMR preferred

Ability to float to IR holding department as needed

50-mile radius restriction applies (local candidates not accepted)

No background hits or licensure action accepted

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care in the Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology procedural areas, including pre- and post-procedure nursing care

Initiate IVs, circulate during procedures, monitor patients under conscious sedation, and perform telemetry monitoring

Operate specialized equipment : balloon pumps, ACT machines, angio jets, penumbra, and Shockwave devices

Float to IR holding department as needed

Participate in rotating call schedule (evenings, nights, weekends, holidays)

Accurately document patient care using Meditech EMR

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
