A school-based health program is looking for a Substitute RN to fill short-term coverage needs across grade levels and school sites. This role supports student wellness, medication administration and health-screening activities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities / Duties :

Deliver nursing services during substitute assignments : assess student health, administer medications, and monitor ongoing conditions

Collaborate with school staff, families and health personnel to manage student health concerns and follow care plans

Support screening initiatives, chronic-condition monitoring and emergency responses as required

Maintain accurate student health documentation, update records and ensure confidentiality

Qualifications / Desired Experience :

Pennsylvania RN license in good standing

Experience in school or pediatric health preferred

Excellent communication, documentation and multitasking skills

Willingness to work flexible, day-to-day substitute assignments
