Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited school is required.

Current / valid state Physical Therapist licensure is required.

BLS - American Heart Association.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$42.66 - $65.82. To show our commitment to you and to assist with your transition into our organization, we will also offer up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus .
