The ideal Sr. Full Stack Engineer (frontend-heavy) will be :

Participate in the full lifecycle of projectsDefine and communicate technical and design requirementsDesign and implement high-quality, business-valued solutionsFollow coding standards and guidelinesTroubleshoot, debug, and test solutionsBe available in emergencies when neededProvide training and support to team membersImplement security and data protectionsOptimize code for speed, scalability, and flexibilityStay updated with current best practices and emerging technologiesParticipate in meetings and Agile ceremoniesConduct code reviews emphasizing frontend best practices and performanceBuild and maintain reusable components and design systemsRequirements / Preferred Skills :
5+ years as a Full Stack Engineer in an Agile environment5+ years of experience with payment / ecommerce integration3+ years with Content Management Systems (CMS)Strong interest in AI, ML, big data, etc.Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field (preferred)Passion for software development demonstrated through projects and open-source contributionsContinuous learner of new technologiesAdvanced CSS / SCSS and responsive design skillsExperience with TailwindCSS and Shadcn (or willingness to learn)Experience with React Hook Form, Zustand, Redux, and performance optimizationKnowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)Understanding of API architecture, microservices, REST APIs, and web socketsExperience with domain-driven development, CQRS, event sourcing, and access managementExperience with customer data, search, pay-in / pay-out info, and subscription ordersProficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, relational and document databasesExperience with CI / CD pipelines, API development tools, and monitoring toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel occasionallyIf youre interested in an organization where you can have a large impact, be a key part of driving core initiatives, and carve out your own role, wed love to talk to you.
