Shift : Day Shift, 12-hour days, Rotating Days

Shift Details : Packager, C Shift (12-hour Day Shift. 6 : 30am 6 : 30pm) Rotating Shift 2 days and then 3 days 3-day weekend every other weekend.

Targeted Start Date : asap!

Targeted End Date / Duration : 1 year from start date

Hours per Week : 36-48

Approximate Duration of Contract : 1 year

Important Reminders Regarding Pre-Hiring Process :

For candidates selected for an interview, requires that the supplier conduct a phone call with the candidate prior to their arrival to the candidates onsite interview. This action needs to be completed and a confirmation email sent to Stacy for each interview. This step helps confirm their attendance, reduces interview no-shows, and if necessary, allows Stacy time to communicate with the Hiring Manager a notification in advanced that the candidate is unresponsive to supplier and will likely not attend the interview.

Instructions :

PCP : you will need to complete PCP testing. All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of a Physical Capacity Profile (PCP). Please contact Phelps Memorial Therapy Center in Holdrege at 308-995-2865 to schedule your PCP. You have 48 hours from your job offer to schedule a PCP. If the PCP is not taken within 10 days from the date of the offer, the offer may be rescinded. Please state on your form that you are a contingent worker and please include the specific supplier that you are represented with.

Please proceed with contacting the clinic and scheduling your pre-hire physical with the facility stated below. Please confirm back the date and time of your appointment scheduled. Thank you!

What is expected of the Suppliers :
