Job Responsibilities :

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Greet guests and present menus
• Make menu recommendations based on customer preferences
• Take and serve food and beverage orders
• Set and maintain table arrangements
• Ensure tables remain clean and tidy
• Deliver checks and process payments
• Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff
• Follow all health department regulations and service guidelines

Qualifications :

Previous experience as a restaurant server

Familiarity with ordering systems

Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking

A team player with good time management

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Active listening abilities

Physically fit for the role

Customer-focused approach

High school diploma (Food safety training is a plus)

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Compensation : $20.00 - $36.00 per hour in tips

Schedule :

8-hour shifts

Day and night shifts

Monday to Friday

Weekend and holiday availability

Tips

Location : Saugus, MA : Must have reliable transportation or be planning to relocate before starting the position.

Experience :

Restaurant experience : 1 year (Preferred)
