Non-QM Underwriter

A company is looking for a Non-QM Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

Underwrite Non-QM and Non-Agency loan products and maintain an underwriting pipeline

Evaluate loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with guidelines

Communicate loan decisions and collaborate with the Post-Closing department on stipulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and / or equivalent combination of education and experience

4+ years of mortgage underwriting experience

Experience with Non-QM and Non-Agency underwriting

Experience with manual underwriting and compliance requirements

Encompass LOS experience is a plus
