Workplace : Hybrid. Our hybrid model combines in-office collaboration with flexible scheduling : at least three days in the office and up to two days remote for employees who live within fifty miles of a Farmers corporate office. Applicants beyond fifty miles may still be considered.

Job Summary

We're seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Sales Trainer to deliver impactful training that boosts sales performance and operational excellence across Inside Sales and Retention teams. This role facilitates engaging learning experiences, partners with business leaders to identify skill gaps, and drives measurable improvements in sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivers and facilitates sales-focused training programs for supervisory and professional audiences.
• Partners with stakeholders to align learning with business strategy and performance goals.
• Provides feedback, tracks learner progress, and reports on training impact.
• Supports curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manages training logistics and ensures a seamless learner experience.

Additional Responsibilities

Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred in business, education, or related field.

Experience Requirements

Two years' experience in Sales and / or Learning Development (L&D) or related training; experience in Insurance Sales is preferred.
