This position is responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing diverse training initiatives for our Compliance, Credit, Management, Member Experience, and Operations staff members. The Training Specialist will either conduct engaging training sessions directly or collaborate with subject matter experts to create and deliver impactful content. Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Teaching or training experience or a history of creating training material
• Proven leadership skills : ability to evaluate individual strengths and weaknesses and utilize coaching and counseling skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Expert knowledge of banking and / or credit union regulations.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment managing a wide variety of tasks.
• Professional and effective communication skills, including listening, writing and presentation.
• Ability to work independently utilizing analytical and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and use of effective time management.
