Job description

Partner, Recruiting Services at Elite Network

Summary : Own the financial reporting process for real estate funds and other SPEs.

Basic info :

  • Real estate investment firm founded in 2001, focused on housing & sustainability.
  • Report to the Associate Director (big 4 alum & CPA).
  • Total finance team of nearly 20 (tax, accounting, etc.).

Requirements & more :

  • Approximately 4-6 years of experience.
  • Open profile : CPA leaving public accounting from audit; a combination of public accounting & industry experience; or a real estate industry accounting manager.
  • Must have asset management / real estate exposure.
  • Motivated professional with a passion for real estate. Take pride & ownership in your work. Collaborate with a strong accounting management team.
  • Proven path to promotion.
  • Advanced Excel skills required; Yardi knowledge a plus but not mandatory.
