In-Home Caregiver Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

• Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

• Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.

• Adapt to individual care plans to ensure the highest standard of care.

In-Home Caregiver Qualifications:

• No experience required: We provide comprehensive training for those new to care giving.

• A genuine desire to help others and a willingness to learn.

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), or caregiver is a plus but not mandatory. Non - Medical

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.

In-Home Caregiver Schedule Options:

• Day shifts, night shifts, and weekend availability.

In-Home Caregiver Requirements:

• Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years old to apply.

• Reliability: Demonstrate a strong commitment to showing up on time, completing shifts, and providing consistent care to clients.

• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other caregivers, clients, and families to ensure seamless care and communication.

• Professional Representation: Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while upholding company values in every client interaction.

• Strong Communication Skills: Clearly and effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members, providing updates as needed.

• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to client needs and pick up extra shifts as required.

• Compassionate Care: Provide respectful, patient-centered care that promotes dignity and independence for seniors.

• Willingness to Learn: Open to training and development to meet caregiving standards and client-specific requirements.

• Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from client locations (valid driver’s license preferred but not required).
