We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to help drive the evolution of our AI-powered clinical documentation platform. This role offers a unique chance to work at the intersection of healthcare and technology, significantly improving quality of work and life for clinicians. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll shape the future of healthcare documentation while working with cutting-edge technologies in an innovative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and develop new features across our full technology stack, from intuitive front-end interfaces to robust back-end services

Drive technical decisions and contribute to architectural planning that ensures scalability and maintainability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address healthcare providers' evolving needs

Optimize application performance, security, and reliability

Mentor junior engineers and champion engineering best practices

Stay ahead of industry trends and propose innovative solutions to enhance our platform

Qualifications

Required :

5+ years of full-stack development experience, with a proven track record of leading projects from conception to deployment

Strong proficiency in our core tech stack :

TypeScript

React

Node.js

MongoDB

Demonstrated experience with Google Cloud Platform and building scalable applications

Deep understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React)

Expertise in developing and maintaining Chrome extensions

Strong background in RESTful APIs and both SQL and NoSQL databases

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and proactive architectural planning skills

Outstanding communication and collaboration capabilities

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, Github and GitHub Actions

Preferred :

Experience with AI / ML technologies and data analysis tools

Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration

Experience with agile methodologies and fast-paced startup environments

Active participation in open-source projects or technical communities

Background in healthcare technology or clinical documentation systems

History of building independent projects from start to finish

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range : $130-150k (Compliant with salary transparency laws, including California, New York, and Colorado).
