A company is looking for a Remote Intake Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming referrals and ensure all required documents and orders are complete

Process new patient intakes and conduct eligibility and benefit checks

Collaborate with the operations team and sales department for seamless coordination

Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of recent experience with medical insurance verification and eligibility

At least 1 year of recent experience working with multiple EMR platforms and insurance portals

At least 1 year of recent medical referral processing experience

Access to a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace

Must reside in Florida
