Join my client, a family-owned, full-service civil contractor with over 75 years of heavy-civil and asphalt expertise in Kentuckiana. Now expanding into Indianapolis with a major two-year project underway, they're bringing their award-winning reputation north to build something new here, and they're looking for driven talent from Assistant Project Managers to Senior Project Managers to help lead the growth. Projects in Indy will include ground-up wastewater, commercial, and industrial.

Job Description

You will oversee their current project in Franklin, IN. You will work alongside a Senior Project Manager who will be overseeing another project in the Carolinas. Handle logistics and construction planning. Utilize your market knowledge to help win business and create subcontractor relationships. Master schedule creation and ensuring deadlines are met. Lead or attend OAC meetings. Develop master schedule : plan timeline for earthwork, concrete, electrical, etc. Communicate with city inspectors and Fire Marshall via the Superintendent. Helps grow the team by networking or referrals.

The Successful Applicant

3-10 years of experience, ability to join at any level, and hit the ground running. Experience working for a general contractor. Local to Indianapolis and knows the construction market. Ability to handle client relationships and dive into business development as needed. Looking to grow and expand into a new market with persons from the business in Kentucky.
