LHH is currently recruiting a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Manager for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Dallas, TX area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and managing a diverse range of events, with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the professional services industry. This role requires superior organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a passion for creating exceptional event experiences that align with our company's goals and standards. This is an onsite role at our client’s office in the Dallas area.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of onsite and offsite events, including conferences, seminars, client meetings, workshops, and internal functions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure seamless event delivery within scope and on schedule.
- Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and service providers, ensuring high-quality partnerships and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee onsite event logistics, including setup, registration, audiovisual requirements, catering, and breakdown.
- Develop detailed event plans, run-of-show documents, and contingency strategies to address unforeseen challenges.
- Coordinate event marketing and communications, including invitations, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.
- Monitor event success through feedback collection and post-event analysis, implementing improvements for future events.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and health and safety protocols.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of event management experience within professional services (e.g., legal, consulting, accounting, or related industries).Demonstrated ability to manage complex events from conception to completion.Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.Must be located in the Dallas, TX area and able to work onsite.If this role sounds like a fit for you and you meet the above qualifications, please apply now for consideration.
Pay Details : $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
