The Assistant PM / Leasing Agent is responsible for direct interaction with prospective residents. The role touches the leasing process from introduction through approval.

The Assistant PM / Leasing Agent is highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. Naturally driven to provide excellent customer service and to instill trust, the Assistant PM / Leasing Agent is a natural communicator with good negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, and a professional demeanor.

Roles : Showing vacant units, assisting PM's with tasks such as photos, notices, delinquent rent, keys, lockboxes, tenant communication etc...

Each leased unit results in a $50 commission. Typically are leasing agents lease 4-8 units per month, depending on the season and their availability. This is a great way to get your feet wet in the property management industry. You will learn the industry from the ground up in this role.

Compensation : $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month.
