LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Process Operations Analyst for a contract opportunity in Bothell, Washington.. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management support. This includes driving the product lifecycle management (PLM) process, product development process, and program management support for multiple development projects.

Process Operations Specialist

Within this role, you will be responsible for technical administrative functions and lead changes within the procedures and processes used by the engineering team. As part of the engineering organization, you will be a core part of the development of the next generation of products and leading changes to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-market. This role bridges technical operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth execution of engineering programs and initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Document Control
  • Maintain and manage engineering documentation in accordance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Own all customer-facing documentation provided by engineering including datasheets and user manuals
  • Ensure consistency and clarity to all documentation created by engineering to ensure all stakeholders are in agreement including production, sales, and purchasing

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Own the PLM tool and process to drive tickets through the process including editing BoMs, updating tickets, user access, workflows, and data integrity.
  • Lead weekly triage meetings to review status on open ECRs / ECOs / DEVs
  • Drive improvements to the process that reduces the effort to create changes while improving the communication between stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate BOMs, part numbers, and change orders, including updates made within the ERP system.
  • Process Improvement and Delivery

  • Drive process improvements within the engineering team to improve overall team efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality
  • Oversee adoption of engineering processes such as product development process, change management, and life cycle management
  • Identify opportunities to streamline engineering operations and improve documentation workflows.
  • Develop and implement the best practices for document control, compliance, and PLM usage.
  • Engineering Program Management

  • Facilitate communication and coordination across engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.
  • Support with product delivery schedules and budgeting updates for multiple engineering development programs
  • Provide updates on program status to engineering, sales, and production leadership
  • Drive production support for meeting scheduled deadlines
  • Experience :

  • 5+ years related experience and / or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience with hardware development and production.
  • Solid communication skills and the ability to communicate between various functional teams such as engineering, production, sales, and leadership.
  • Familiarity with PLM systems (e.g., Aras, Windchill, Arena).
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, automotive) is a plus.

    Pay range and compensation package

    Compensation : $28 to $40 per hour

    Pay Details : $28.00 to $40.00 per hour
