We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of service to our patients.

Responsibilities :

• Provide Basic Patient Care : Perform various tasks such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADL).
• Observe and Report : Observe patients and report any changes or concerns to Charge Nurse or appropriate designee.
• Maintain Therapeutic Plan : Maintain therapeutic plans of care and provide minute-to-minute care to patients who require it.
• Documentation : Complete documentation as required on Electronic Medical Record.
• Clinical Support : Provide clinical support to nursing staff, including phlebotomy, wound care, and other procedures as needed.
