A company is looking for a Benefit Programs Specialist IV-Quality Assurance Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough reviews, audits, and analyses of benefit program casework to ensure compliance with regulations
Gather, analyze, and prepare reports on program performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
Provide feedback and collaborate with team members to develop and implement corrective action plans
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 2 years of eligibility work experience
Working knowledge of computer systems and standard office software
Considerable knowledge of benefit program policies (e.g., SNAP, TANF, Medicaid)
3-5 years of progressively complex professional level work in public assistance areas is preferred
