Senior Billing and AR Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Billing & AR Specialist to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and improve billing, accounts receivable, and contract-to-cash processes

Ensure accurate invoicing, timely payment application, and effective collections

Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain data integrity and support ERP implementation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

5+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related accounting functions

Hands-on experience with monthly / quarterly close and revenue processes

Strong proficiency with Salesforce and accounting systems such as NetSuite

Familiarity with system integrations between ERP, CRM, and billing platforms
