Licensed Legal Counsel - MN

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to provide commercial legal support, particularly in the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary legal point of contact for Global Business Units in North America, focusing on medical adhesives

Provide legal guidance on regulatory compliance related to medical adhesives, including FDA and HIPAA compliance

Draft, review, and advise on various transactional matters, including contracts and licensing agreements

Required Qualifications

J.D. required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

At least 4-5 years of transactional legal experience, including three years in the medical field

Admitted as a lawyer in at least one state (MN preferred)

High degree of subject matter expertise related to laws and regulations for medical devices
