About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead its Enterprise Architecture team. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and evolving the company's enterprise-wide architecture vision, with a strong focus on applications, data, cloud, and security. This role requires a seasoned professional with a background in enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud architecture, data and AI, and security and compliance. The SVP will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to ensure that the architecture aligns with corporate strategy, driving cloud adoption, and integrating AI / GenAI into enterprise platforms. A hands-on approach is essential, as the role involves overseeing the functions of three teams : Tech Architecture, Automation, and Integrations. Applicants for the SVP position should have at least 12 years' of experience in enterprise architecture, with a deep expertise in the relevant areas. Proficiency in integration patterns, security and compliance, and a strong background in data and AI are required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, the ability to influence executive stakeholders, and a commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is mandatory, with an advanced degree being preferred. The role demands a strategic visionary with a results-oriented, collaborative, and empathetic approach, who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and is dedicated to upholding the highest ethical standards.
