In this dynamic role, you’ll provide direct care to patients and support to families, while also serving as a floating clinician—temporarily assigned to different hospice branches based on census needs or staffing gaps. If you’re energized by new settings, adaptable to change, and passionate about purpose-driven care, this role could be a perfect fit.

This role typically follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional on-call responsibilities. Travel is required and may include :

Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity.  Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one piece.

Salary Range : $83,200 - $104,000
