Overview

Facility Manager Bilingual (Korean / English) – Holland, MI

The Facility Manager will perform all tasks associated with day-to-day janitorial and facility management operations, including but not limited to building operations, staff management, customer relations, contract compliance, technical reviews, Facility Condition Assessments, and other related services in the real estate life cycle and capital planning of properties. This role requires close communication with the client , a deep understanding of their needs, and the ability to respond quickly and effectively. Strong leadership to manage on-site staff is essential.

During on-site inspections and assessments, the Facility Manager will prepare accurate written reports, document findings, and ensure timely input into the CMMS system.

Language & Cultural Skills

• Bilingual proficiency in Korean preferred (understanding Korean corporate culture is highly valuable).
• Spanish proficiency is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Relocation allowance with this position- This position is located in Holland; MI and you must be willing to relocate.
• Pay : – $85,000 to $100,000 The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
