We are looking for a dedicated Medical Billing Specialist to join our team! This position offers an opportunity to become a full cycle Revenue Specialist involved in all aspects of medical billing, coding, appeals, denials, and claims. Willing to train but prefer a certification in medical billing / coding and ideally 1-2 years' experience. Great organization with opportunities for growth beyond!

Responsibilities :

• Manage the full cycle of medical billing processes, including coding, claims submission, and payment reconciliation.
• Investigate and resolve claim rejections, denials, and appeals with insurance companies to secure proper reimbursement.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and address billing discrepancies or revenue losses.
• Certification in medical billing or coding is preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in medical billing, coding, or claims management.
• Strong understanding of claim denials, appeals, and insurance reimbursement processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient interactions.
