Job Summary :
The Transmission Analyst is responsible for facilitating project closeout processes for transmission capital projects. This role involves regular interaction with various departments, including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project Management, to reconcile charges and close out projects after construction is completed. The analyst will manage the closeout process, research variances, track status, and provide reports, while also developing relationships with stakeholders and performing data analysis for process improvements.

Responsibilities :
- Manage the capital project closeout process.
- Research and resolve variances between actuals and estimates.
- Close capital projects.
- Track capital project closeout status.
- Provide business reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Develop and leverage customer-focused relationships with stakeholders.
- Perform data analysis to facilitate process improvements and best practices.
Required Skills & Certifications :
Two-year degree from a technical school / university with related work experience.Familiarity with transmission LINE design, construction, operation, and / or maintenance.Working knowledge of materials used in the construction of transmission LINE projects.Understanding of LINE construction scope, equipment, materials, and associated costs.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with the ability to manage and analyze large data sets.Collaboration and teamwork skills.Time management and organizational skills.Effective communication skills.Preferred Skills & Certifications :
Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology.Prior experience managing power utility transmission capital projects.Prior experience in Transmission LINES design and / or construction.Experience with TEAMS, Maximo, Vault, and / or PowerPlan.Special Considerations :
