Setting : Clinic only

Patient Volume : average 20 patients / day; ages 18+

Job Details : Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

No call, no weekends

Adult to geriatrics

At least 2 years of primary care experience preferred

Client Requirements :

Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, CT license or IMLC, BLS, DEA, CT CSR

EMR : EPIC
