Job Description

Manage all aspects of multifamily residential projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Oversee subcontractors, consultants, and design teams from preconstruction to closeout. Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules while resolving field challenges proactively. Ensure projects meet quality standards, code compliance, and safety requirements. Communicate updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders regularly. Foster collaborative relationships with architects, engineers, and local officials.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have :

  • 5+ years of project management experience in multifamily construction
  • Proven track record delivering mid-rise or high-rise apartment projects
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgets, contracts, and scheduling
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with construction technology platforms (Procore or similar) preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
