Job Description
Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time Addiction Residential Therapist to add to our team of professionals. In this role, you'll provide residential treatment services to adults diagnosed primarily with substance use disorders.
$3,000 Sign-On BONUS!
($1,500 upon 90 days of employment / $1,500 upon 180 days of employment)

Provide daily group psychotherapy.Provide comprehensive evaluations and assessments.Develop appropriate treatment plans and goals and monitor patient's progress toward treatment goals.Coordinate patient care with other members of the treatment team.Maintain contact with referral sources and other providers as necessary.Maintain appropriate clinical documentation.Provide individual, marital, and family therapy.Provide family education as needed.Job Qualifications
WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?
