Job descriptionEmployee assistance program Flexible schedule – potential to be on call on weekends for emergencies Health, vision, dental, and life insurance Health savings account Paid time off Parental leave Professional development assistance and referral program Support the Property Manager with daily operations, leasing, and resident relations Conduct applicant screenings, lease signings, and recertifications Manage rent collections, deposits, and financial reporting Coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, and vendor services Maintain accurate resident files, reports, and compliance records Address tenant concerns, enforce policies, and assist with budgeting and audits LITHC and / or HUD / Affordable housing background Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage priorities and resources effectively Skilled at influencing, resolving conflicts, and adapting to changing demands Maintains a positive, motivated attitude and fosters a collaborative work environment Dependable, organized, and communicates clearly to achieve goals and meet commitments
