Tooling Controller

The primary focus of this role is to manage all tooling budgets, monitor product costs, and ensure accurate reporting within the organization. This position involves conducting tooling audits at supplier locations and supporting cost analysis to identify potential material cost reductions. The role encompasses an assigned number of suppliers, function groups, or tasks.

Responsibilities include :

Control and manage all tooling budgets.

Monitor product costs and coordinate proper reporting.

Conduct tooling audits at supplier locations.

Support cost analysis of material costs and identify potential reductions.

Collaborate with assigned suppliers, function groups, or tasks.

Essential Skills :

Bachelors degree in Finance and / or Business, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of 3 years experience in controlling / accounting, tooling, or program management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of accounting rules.

Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Access, and SAP.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team and as a team player.

Ability to travel to Germany for business purposes.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract position based out of VANCE, AL.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $36.50 - $43.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
