Senior Analyst, CRM Campaigns

Scotts Miracle-Gro is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Analyst, CRM Campaigns to manage the strategy, planning and execution of our marketing campaigns across channels (Email, SMS, app). This role is critical to driving direct consumer engagement across the SMG enterprise : Scotts Miracle-Gro, Scotts, Miracle-Gro, AeroGarden, etc. The Sr. Analyst will report to the CRM Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners to own the end-to-end marketing campaign process. The ideal candidate has deep, hands-on expertise in marketing automation strategy and platforms, a passion for content planning and brand storytelling, and a proven track record of optimizing campaigns through rigorous personalization and segmentation strategies.

What You Bring :

Expert proficiency with at least one major Marketing Automation Platform or ESP (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo).

Fluency in analyzing and interpreting Email / SMS KPIs : open rates, click-through rates, conversions, unsubscribe rates, etc.

Strong understanding of HTML and CSS specific to email development and troubleshooting across different clients.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.

3+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in Email and SMS campaign strategy, management, and execution within a D2C environment.
