Summary of the Role
The Research Associate position is an excellent gateway into investment research. The job entails two primary responsibilities : portfolio administration and research. As an associate, responsibility is given to invest and monitor accounts following the direction of portfolio managers. This responsibility provides exposure to portfolio management and an understanding of investment strategy and monitoring. The research responsibility focuses on primary fundamental analysis in support of portfolio managers and senior analysts. Senior sector heads. This work includes assignments such as company reviews, financial modeling, and portfolio analysis. This position is a starting point within research, with an emphasis on account administration in the initial stages.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation for this role takes into account various factors, including work location, individual skill set, relevant experience, and other business needs. The estimated base salary range for this position is $80,000 – $95,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
