Key Responsibilities

Supervise a team handling various Workers Compensation claims to ensure high-quality service

Define team goals and manage workloads for optimal efficiency

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 10 years related claims experience

Appropriately licensed and / or certified in all states where claims are handled

5 years' experience with lost time and litigated work comp claims

3+ years' leadership experience overseeing a team of 5 to 7 adjusters
