Hiring : Director of Nursing (DNO) Full-Time Position

Infinite Recovery is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team across our residential and detox programs. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the highest standard of client care, compliance with all clinical and regulatory guidelines, and fostering a compassionate, team-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee nursing operations across all levels of care, ensuring exceptional client safety and quality.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to nursing staff.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices that align with state regulations and Infinite Recoverys mission.

Collaborate with the medical and clinical teams to ensure continuity of care and positive client outcomes.

Manage scheduling, performance reviews, and staff development initiatives.

Ensure compliance with infection control, documentation standards, and medication administration policies.

Qualifications

Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Texas (required).

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or a related healthcare setting.

• Proven experience in Nursing Management and Long-term Care

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead with compassion and accountability.

Familiarity with Joint Commission or CARF accreditation standards preferred.
