About The Position

Job Title : RN Endoscopy

Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) may be required based on clinical care standards.

Must-Have :

• Diploma in Nursing or Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing process and practice.
• Proficiency in using a variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs.

Description :

Provides safe and efficient age-specific nursing care to patients and families.

Utilizes the nursing process to assist patients in achieving and maintaining optimal health status.

Implements effective relationship-based nursing care.

Demonstrates technical skills in care delivery for safe practices and positive outcomes.

Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively to enhance patient care and clinical operations.

Contributes to the professional practice of nursing and develops self professionally.

Displays leadership that influences optimal clinical and operational outcomes.

Performs other duties as assigned in compliance with all policies and standards.

Maintains the confidentiality and security of Protected Health Information (PHI).

Completes annual training related to the use of PHI in the workplace.
