Construction Recruiter (Temporary)

Franklinville, NJ | $20–$25 / hr | Full-Time, Onsite

Fritz Staffing Group is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Construction Recruiter to help us connect top talent with exciting opportunities in the trades. If you know your way around construction roles and thrive in a fast-paced staffing environment, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do :

Recruit and place candidates for general labor, skilled trades, and supervisory roles.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

Interview, screen, and onboard candidates.

Maintain candidate records and compliance documentation.

Use your bilingual skills (English / Spanish) to connect with a wider talent pool.

What We’re Looking For :

Construction recruiting experience required (you know the industry).

Avionté ATS experience helpful (or similar recruiting software).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work onsite in Franklinville, NJ.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
