Nursing Manager (RN) - Neonatal ICU (NICU)

Pay Range : \n$48.13 - $72.20\n\nA successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.\n\nHSHS St Vincent Hospital is seeking a Manager to join our Neonatal ICU (NICU) Team. Our ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of NICU RN experience and 1 year leadership experience as well. We have a high focus on safety and quality, process improvement and best practice.\n\nPosition Specifics : \n

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.\n
• May consider a candidate who is currently enrolled and a bachelor's of nursing (BSN) is obtained within 2 years of hire.\nExperience Qualifications\n
• 3 years staff nurse (RN) is required.\n
• Demonstrated progressive responsibility is preferred.\nCertifications, Licenses and Registrations\n
• Licensed in state of practice (RN) is required.\n
• Wisconsin : RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.\n
