Key Responsibilities :

  • Leading strategy and execution across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and customer fulfillment functions.
  • Championing a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and accountability throughout the site.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and growing strategic partnerships.
  • Aligning cross-functional teams around key performance objectives and corporate priorities.
  • Ensuring compliance with medical device regulations and internal quality standards.
  • Driving site-level strategy, operational performance, and financial results, including revenue and EBITDA targets.
  • Leading and developing high-performing teams across all organizational levels and functions.
  • Building and managing robust production systems, capacity planning, and labor models to support growth.
  • Partnering closely with commercial teams to expand customer relationships and business volume.
  • Embedding quality, safety, and compliance into every operational process.
  • Establishing scalable infrastructure to support future growth and evolving customer needs.

  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Required).
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of increasing responsibility leading hourly and salaried professional teams.
  • Proven results in developing talent, organizational strategies, and management systems in a high-revenue growth environment.
  • 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and / or developing two-discipline functional excellence.
  • Minimum of 5+ years managing a business, profit center, or program with growth objectives.
  • Strong machining background, preferably with experience operating CNC mills and lathes
  • Experience working in complex, high-mix, low-volume production environments
  • Industry experience in the Medical Device sector.
  • Exposure to integrated business planning (S&OP), quality systems, and lean manufacturing within industrial or manufacturing settings (preferred).
  • Experience with global manufacturing best practices is a plus.

  • Travel Requirements : Up to 10% travel required, primarily for customer engagement and strategic initiatives.
