Job Description

Oversee and manage engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.

Lead, mentor, and support the engineering team to achieve departmental goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on production and quality standards.

Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance product development and manufacturing capabilities.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards for safety and quality.

Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare and present technical reports and updates to senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant

A strong background in engineering within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.

Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3+ years' experience managing Engineering teams.

Proven track record leading product design & development initiatives from start to finish, in timely manners and within budgets.

Experience with process optimization and implementing innovative solutions.

Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.

What's on Offer

Base Salary $140,000 - $160,000 Depending on Experience
