Job description
A company is looking for a Sr. Accessibility Specialist to enhance digital experiences for compliance with accessibility standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee a comprehensive accessibility testing strategy across all digital platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed accessibility into the product development process
Mentor and train junior testers and design teams on accessibility best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
4 - 6 years of related experience in accessibility and digital technologies
Expert knowledge of WCAG standards and compliance levels
Experience with adaptive technologies and testing frameworks
Familiarity with front-end digital technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
