• FREE Membership Fun/Positive work environment Growth Opportunities Commission Bonuses We are currently hiring for a Sales associate with sales experience with strong closing skills: Prior sales experience preferred Excellent customer service skills Solid verbal and written communication skills required Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment Ability to work and function in a team environment Health & Fitness minded people required High School diploma required JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: Meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales, retail sales, and maximizing workout traffic.
• Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients.
• Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
• Greets members and guests promptly and enthusiastically to create a friendly, positive experience at the Mayweather Boxing & Fitness studio.
• Accurately follow the daily studio checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities.
• Work hand-in-hand with our instructors to guide potential members through their first Mayweather Boxing & Fitness workout.
• Handle member concerns professionally and objectively, with the goal of resolution.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events Maintains an organized and clean lobby & front desk at all times Keep up with studio cleaning checklists Responsible for attending and participating in all relative Mayweather Boxing & Fitness training programs. *Specific job duties and selection requirements vary between Mayweather Boxing & Fitness studio locations.
