Overview of project / skills required : As SAP SRM / PPS / MM Analyst, candidate will engage with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and align procurement solutions within organizational goals. Here are the key responsibilities for SAP SRM / PPS / MM Analyst :
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and align SAP Sourcing, Procurement and Payment solutions with organizational goals.
- Serve as subject matter expert for the Purchase Card module and Procurement Reports
- Monitoring operations and performing route cause analysis on user issues
- Train other team members as needed
- Provide guidance and training to end-users, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes and systems.
- Support end-to-end SAP procurement implementation project, ensuring successful delivery within scope, and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and configure SAP procurement module accordingly and troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise
- Develop and implement custom solutions when necessary to address unique business needs.
- Work closely with other SAP FICO / AM, ABAP developers and business analysts to ensure success of the S / 4 migration project.
- Configure and maintain modules, including Master Data, Purchase Card, Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Invoice Verification
- Implement risk management strategies within the SAP Procurement process and ensure regulatory requirements and compliance.
- Create deliverable materials for a range of recipients including technical teams, business teams, project leads and executives.
4.0 Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required;At least 4 years of relevant experience required.Knowledge of SAP modules, including MM, SD, FI, and COUnderstanding of financial system processes, best practices, and industry standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus.Ability to interface with all levels of managementExcellent time management, scheduling and organizational skills5.0 Preferred qualifications :
Experience with test automation for SAP projectsKnowledge and experience with public sector implementations of SAP HANAExperience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology, including Scrum or Kanban processes6.0 Physical Requirements :
Ability to sit for up to 80% of timeAbility to stand for up to 10% of timeAbility to reach for or file documents for up to 10% of timeFrequent use of computer, telephone and office equipment (copier, fax, scanner)Work is performed in an office environment with a low to moderate noise level7.0 IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI)
Must meet requirements to obtain and maintain an IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance. Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Permanent Resident that has lived at least 3 years in the U.S. and be Federal Tax compliant. Active IRS Moderate Risk MBI clearance is a plus.
8.0 Reporting
Subcontractor will support and provide input to monthly status reports as directed.Subcontractor will complete and sign their MAXIMUS Deltek timecards in compliance with MAXMUS processes and procedures.Subcontractor will support and provide input to other Ad Hoc reports as needed.
