Description : Summary / Objective

Rabine Paving Texas is a full-service provider of commercial asphalt and concrete parking lots servicing throughout the DFW area. Traveling is required for this position.

This role requires a positive, energetic individual with strong organization and interpersonal skills, who can make independent decisions. The individual in this position will need to have experience working in a high energy role. This role requires an individual with excellent leadership skills that can lead projects, as well as delegate tasks to individuals on the team.

Essential Functions

  • Communicate with Project Managers, Asphalt Plant Managers and Material Yards.
  • Ability to lead, coordinate and develop crew members
  • Ability to lead crew members to surpass daily goals
  • Communicate with customers and the public
  • Solve difficult problems on a daily basis

    Work Environment

    This role will also work outside, in extreme cold and heat.

    Physical Demands

    This role requires the person to raise objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to-position. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires the substantial use of the upper extremities and back muscles. The person may need to lift object up to 70lbs in weight above their head.

    Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. and must work 37.5 hours each week to maintain its status. Night and weekend hours may be required based on the business need.
