Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area and equipment Ensure all kitchen utensils and cookware are available for kitchen use Follow sanitation policies and procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment Assist with receiving and storing inventory as needed Dispose of waste according to regulations Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent preferred Proven experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Excellent time management skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Benefits : Competitive pay Opportunities for growth and advancement Employee discounts on meals Supportive team atmosphere Health and wellness programs available
